Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel, please do so 5 days before check-in date to avoid being charged for entire reservation. Cancellation of reservations prior to 5 days before check in for which a deposit has been paid releases the renter from the reservation minus the deposit. Deposits received by Elevation Rentals are non-refundable. If reservation is not cancelled prior to 5 days, Elevation Rentals reserves the right to charge customer’s credit card for the entire reservation period. Cancellation of reservation must be done by email or by telephone prior to 5 days before the scheduled pick up date.

Revision & NoShow Policy:
Any changes to the check-out, check-in dates of this reservation are subject to Elevation Rentals’ availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change and/or service fee. If customer fails to cancel reservation and does not show up for scheduled pick up time, customer agrees to allow Elevation Rentals to charge credit card for full amount of the rental rates for days reserved.
